Last week, the REPOWR team joined some of the brightest minds in logistics at FreightWaves’ F3: Future of Freight Conference in Chattanooga. From innovation spotlights to candid founder conversations, F3 2025 brought together the leaders redefining the future of supply chain and transportation.
This year was especially exciting for us as our VP of Product & Operations, Matt Harb, was interviewed live on FreightWaves’ Loaded & Rolling, and REPOWR was honored as #12 on the FreightTech 25, recognizing the most transformative companies in freight technology.
Here’s what we heard, learned, and are bringing back to our own journey.
Across multiple sessions, a single theme resonated: trust is the foundation on which all successful logistics companies are built.
Industry leaders including Jack Kennedy, Scot Moscrip, Max Fuller, and Bill Driegert each emphasized that while technology continues to evolve, trust between customers, employees, and partners remains the top factor in building resilient, lasting businesses.
Whether you’re developing platforms, moving freight, or managing data, the consensus was clear - trust isn’t a byproduct of good service; it’s the product itself.
At REPOWR, that philosophy runs deep. We’re building a collaborative marketplace that depends on transparency, accountability, and relationships because trust is what makes trailer sharing work.
If trust was the heart of this year’s conference, fraud prevention was the muscle. Speakers repeatedly stressed the maniacal attention to detail required to fight fraud across modern logistics networks.
From false documents to digital impersonation, today’s fraud threats are sophisticated and growing. Several founders discussed building fraud-resistant systems, not just reactive tools, and embedding security into product design.
It’s a mindset we share. At REPOWR, every transaction and trailer exchange is backed by identity verification, insurance validation, and network controls designed to protect both sides of the marketplace.
Building trust also means building safe spaces to do business, and that starts with diligence.
AI didn’t dominate this year’s F3 conversations the way it has in other industries, but it made frequent cameos. Several speakers mentioned using AI for load matching, document automation, and predictive analytics, though many agreed we’re still early in the journey.
The takeaway? AI is here, and logistics leaders are focusing first on fundamentals: trust, integrity, and execution.
We see AI as a tool to enhance human decision-making, not replace it, helping carriers and brokers make smarter, faster choices about where assets move next.
Being named #12 on the 2026 FreightTech 25 list was both an honor and a reflection of how far this industry has come.
When we launched REPOWR, our mission was simple - to eliminate waste and inefficiency in logistics by making trailers as flexible as freight itself. Seeing that mission recognized alongside industry giants was a proud milestone for our team and community of partners.
This recognition isn’t just about technology; it’s about the people and partners who believe in a more collaborative, efficient supply chain.
As we head into 2026, we’re doubling down on what the F3 stage reminded us of:
We left the conference more inspired than ever to keep building the most reliable, transparent, and connected trailer-sharing network in freight.
