Plan ahead: avoid modification fees and late charges

You’ve got your trailer booked and your plan set — but life on the road changes fast. At REPOWR, we get it. That’s why we want to help you avoid last-minute stress, missed deliveries, and unnecessary fees by planning modifications in advance.

The REPOWR tip: request changes early

Trailer owners often have bookings or operational plans right after your reservation ends. If you change your return time or location late in the game, it can throw off their entire schedule. That puts both of you in a tight spot — and can cost you money.

Here’s why planning early pays off:

  • Avoid rejection: Trailer owners are more likely to deny last-minute requests if they’ve already made downstream plans.
  • Skip the late fees: If your request is denied and you’re delayed, you could be on the hook for late return charges.
  • No “modification” fees: Requests made with less than a week’s notice may include added service fees. Plan early and those get waived.
  • Protect your route: If a change is denied, early notice gives you time to adjust and still deliver on schedule.

Modify smart, not last-minute

Planning your change 7+ days ahead gives you options. It protects your wallet, your delivery, and your reputation. REPOWR helps you stay flexible — but the earlier we know, the better we can support you.
